Barely a milliamp is getting out of that. Using only a basic 555 IC driver, it supplies the flyback with only a few amps at 12 volt, so it is only able to output somewhere in the region of 24 to 50 watt at over 20 000 volts.
A glowing pickle experiment is totally uninteresting to me, as it only involves low voltage and no explosions.
